These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with our Refunds and Returns Policy and our Data and Privacy Policy

Terms Variation

From time to time we may change these Terms and Conditions and it is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions which apply as at the time of your order. We also advise you print these terms as soon as you have placed your order.

Artwork Copyright

All original artworks are protected by artist copyright.

Cancellation

Orders placed using our website, may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the artwork will have been shipped in which case please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy. Please note: Refunds can only be made when the artwork has been safely returned to us, damage free.

Prices

Prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes and include standard FREE delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Please do not place an order if you want a painting delivered to outside Mainland UK but contact us by email:  info@lyart.uk

Payment For Artworks

Payment may be made by Direct Bank Transfer by selecting ‘Pay By Bank Transfer’ on our Checkout page. We also accept most major Debit and Credit Cards via Paypal (please select the Paypal option on the Checkout page.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery of all our paintings is FREE for Mainland UK addresses. We use Parcel Force tracked delivery for all parcels which require a signature on delivery. Parcel Force will advise by email, the day before delivery occurs and they will also provide a time band within which the package will arrive. Should the delivery day, or time not be convenient to you, they will provide options in their email to re-arrange a delivery time. If no rescheduling has occurred and there is no-one at the delivery address to sign for the package, it will be returned to the local sorting office and you will be advised that this has been done.

Limitation Of Liability

Any claim made against LY Art or it’s agents for indirect costs or consequential loss which may have arisen from the purchase of an artwork from the website https://lyart.uk, the purchaser hereby agrees that any remedies will be totally limited to the price paid for the artwork.
